Okay my cheerleading season ended in May and now its mid june and i've put on about 2 lbs which isnt that much beczause it still keeps me in a healthy weight range for my height ( 5'8") but it annoys me whenever i gain a pound i feel defeated. Now that summer is here i have ALL bikinies from last season which look better but still not good enough ... my point being i need to lost some chub off my hips thighs and still a little bit on my tummy so can someone please help me!!! my email is cheerlm@optonline.net and you can write on here cuz ill check if neone wrote back but please i write often but no one ever writes back... i need help!!!

try some crunches and place a ball between your thighs and squeeze your thighs together..or do lunges...they say these pretty much shapes up the muscles there...hope it helps!
