Hi my names Sara im 15 and i have a BIG problem if you get what i mean. Im really overweight so much that i dont even wanna tell you guys how much. Im depressed all of the time and im sick of it. I mean friends arent the problem, despite of my weight problem im popular or whatever and without such great friends i probably would have committed suicide by now but i can never get a b/f my first bf was last yr and i havent had one since. Does anyone have any tips for losing alot of weight? I have a long rode ahead of me and so far ive only lost 5 or 10 pounds. Please if you know anything contact me

aww hey, i totall know how u feel cause i have the same problem and w/ out my friends i wouldn't be half as happy as i am now. But hey don't give up on urself and losin weight is super hard, and of course easier said then done but just try to do a lb. at a time and try drinkin a glass of water after every meal, b/c it keeps u full longer

aww...gurl..if ya wanna lose weight...just do some sit-ups and push-ups...or maybe even go out once or twice a day and play some sports..i know those will help!If your really wanting to ,lose alotta weight..then drink alot of water..but not too much, u can get bloated.Also...u could eat vegies.and fruits...they are REALLY good 4 u!If u have any questions or anything u wanna talk 2 me about...im here!

hey, 5 to 10 pounds is a good start. I have only lost 1 pound. The only advice is to keep working and not to give up. Don't let yourself skip a day because if you are anything like me you will skip more days more often.
