Hey peeps I am so happy I lost another 4 pounds. Now I weigh 131. I still want to lose another 21 pounds. I am still going and doing good. Does ne 1 have ne suggestions on good,low fat, low cal snacks? I can't wait I will be 14 on the 10th and I look so cut now. Lots of luv and good luck to all

Hi! Any veggies or fruits of course are always good. Yogurt, cereal bars, popcorn, saltine crackers.. just check the label on wutever ure going to eat! Thats what I always do!
