hey im a 15 year old female from canada....and im about 5 foot 4- 5 foot 5...somewhere around there...and im about 128 pounds..and im trying to lose about 10-15 pounds..anyone got any advice on how to lose it? ive been exercising for 2 months now for about 30 mins...runnin on the treadmill for 25 mins...and then doin crunches...and situps.. for another 5 mins..and ive been eatin normallyy too...like 2 meals a day( i dont have time to eat breakfast..only on weekends i eat it) and about 2 snacks a day....and i havent lost a pound!!!....:(..this one person told me that if i cant lose any weight...then it means i dont need to lose any weight...is that true? can someone plz reply to me...and i want a buddy! email me at sukhjot_13@hotmail.com...thanks! and god bless u all!

hey part of ur problem might be that your running for 30 minutes, try power-walking it's better for losin weight, running is better for gettin in shape
