Hey everyone. I am so proud of myself. I can to this site like 2 months ago. I started here when I was 154 lbs. I started my weightloss journey at 162lbs. around the same time. Now I am 135 lbs. I am happy for that. I have been getting compliments. But I stil want to lose 25 more pounds. I want to try new diets. So if anyone had tips, diets, or any information for me to help me lose the rest of my weight I would greatly appreciate it. I want to totally change beause next year I will be in highschool . I have lost alot of weight so for my birthday and I am proud but still need help. I hope all of you do great on your journeys. Love lots Tara

how'd you do it? I'd really like to know.. u should post what u did so that other people know what u did to lose that weight because everyone's probably asking how.

Tara, could you tell me what you're diet plan was? I would really like to know! I started at 161 and I came here when I was 156-155. I'm getting slightly discouraged now, and I'm not sure if I am doing the right thing. If you could e-mail me ( starberrybeth@hotmail.com ) or I could e-mail you if you would give me your address. How long did it take you to go from 162 to 135? and how tall are ya? cause I use to be 170 and now I am 135, but the funny thing is that people say I am skinny (compared to before), but when I look at the mirror, I still see the same body as when I was 170. Its not much of a problem, I wouldent mind gaining little more now, cause I like the "feel" of a bigger body. I suggest that you change your diet in a way that you should still eat the same amount of food (in mass) just replace some of that food with other foods that have less calories.
