Hi this is my first time at blubber busters and it seems cool so far but I have a couple questions. Do they make a diet up for you? If not then how do you know haw to loose weight?

yeah! because there are so many of us here, we all have tried different diets and know which one WORKS! than we advice each other and those who need some help to lose a few lbs:P
