Do you guys think it would be a good idea to have one free meal a week? Where you can eat a a few peices of pizza or something? I thought it might be a good idea, like something to look forward too, but I wasn't really sure. So tell me what you think!

I have a good idea for you. For a reward system you can eat some many good meals say 15 good meals and treat yourself to a non diet meal. It works for me and I have lost alot of weight.

yup! a Big macs has 510 kcals for anyone's info. so if you eat 1/2 of it , only 255!!!:P

Thats what I do, well... I eat the whole meal everyday, but for fast food and junk food, I eat about once or twice a week or on special occasions. They said in the local news that 1 average slice of pizza will put more fat in your gut than a Big Mac. I was surprised cause I avoided burgers and ate like 3 slices of pizza and thought it was better. Also, if you wanna lose weight, maybe 1 soda a week would help instead of 1 everyday.
