I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for me, i really need to tone up my arms, quick! i have Prom in a week. I go to the gym twice a day. But i was just wondering, if anyone did anything at home for your arms that you could tell me about, thanks :)

You should try doing 15 "proper" pushup sets, then rest for a while then do it again, do it during commerical breaks while watching tv

i would take 5 pound weights and just life them about 50-100 times a day, watch tv while doing it to pass the time. with in a week or so u should have pretty toned up arms
