ok. first of all this goes out to all the people that think they are hopeless and can not lose weight. you can and you will can. i remember when i was in the 5'th grade and body image struck. i busted my ASS more than any human should. and i only lost 5lbs over 3 months. i thought i was a permenant tankass but i TRIED something last summer and you couldnt beleive how fast and easy it was. But i swear it will not work unless you follow everything word for word. seriosuly. ok. eat 3 meals a day. breakfast should accumulate to about 200 calories. mid-day have soup OR a salad. the soup i has was that powder stuff in the packets- you add water to them and those had about 100-200 calories in them. and for dinner i had either a salad or soup. drink water throughout the day, and TONS of it. it fills you up and flushes out your system. i exercised for about 15 or 20 min a day. i KNOW thats pretty much nothing- you have to burn the majority of the calories you consume. so, in all have about 600 cal. a day and exercise for...15-20 min, something like running or kickboxing. i lost about 25 lbs in 6 weeks doing this, my sister did this diet with me and one of our friends too and they BOTH lost about the same amount. i know this will work for you guys. dont worry about the 600 cal. step mom is a nutritionist and shes the one that told us about it. btw- i was around 145 lbs and now im at 115. otay ya'll good luck n lotta luv PEACE
