look i need a fast diet plan that im not gonna hate something that doesnt hurt but works something unexpensive if n e one knows one my e mail is plz help!!!

"No PAIN no GAIN",truly just eat five small meals a day like cereal for one, snadwiches for two otehrs and a small small supper or something , it increases motabilism, Also get out and excersice, if your no will ing togo out a run around and play or ecercise hard, then give it up its the most improtant thing. if you excersice really really hard you cn pretty much eat anything.
