this morning i woke up to try on my old summer clothes and see what fit and what i should throw out. come to find out only three things still fit. i was so depressed. my mom said she would let me wear her shorts. i said okay i really didn't i knew they were going to be so huge and bing in the butt for me. i tried them on anyway and even those din't fit. i am so depressed i am sorta trying this slim-fast diet right now but i haven't seen any changes. i really needed to loose weight by april 29 because of color guard tryouts at my highschool. i don't think i am gonna make it and i don't really have the confidence right now from this mornings episode. please if any one knows of some sort of really quick, fast and easy diet reply back. i don't care how hard this is but if i at least have one person out there who thinks i can loose weight would make my day.

hey, i dont no if ur reading this but if u r, dont feel bad ur not the only 1 who feels like u do out there. wat u need to do is just try ur best, like if u dont like runing and stuff do sum jump rope for 15 mins or sumthing and just stick to water and if ur real hungry go make urself an omlet or sumthing and a bowel of fruit, its doesnt mean u have to stop eating junk food 4 eva or ne thing just have sum low fat icecream AFTER DINNER! cos then when u eat it, u can feel good about it, and it will taste delisious!

slim fast doesnt work.i heard some ppl GAIN and not lose. try the hollywood or campbridge diet. those work. i heard.
