Reply from nicole, Age 12 - 04/28/02 - IP#: 203.96.111.xxx hey, i dont no if ur reading this but if u r, dont feel bad ur not the only 1 who feels like u do out there. wat u need to do is just try ur best, like if u dont like runing and stuff do sum jump rope for 15 mins or sumthing and just stick to water and if ur real hungry go make urself an omlet or sumthing and a bowel of fruit, its doesnt mean u have to stop eating junk food 4 eva or ne thing just have sum low fat icecream AFTER DINNER! cos then when u eat it, u can feel good about it, and it will taste delisious! if u need ne more adivice or ne thing email me k firstname.lastname@example.org
Reply from Jennifer, Age 16 - 04/19/02 - IP#: 65.186.42.xxx You dont want to starve yourself.I know someone who did that,and went threw segers,and what not.I want to lose weight just,as much maybe even more.You got to do alot of excercise,dont sit on your butt alot.Start drinking water,and some healthy drinks instead of pop.Dont eat as much as u normaly do,and watch what u eat,and the calories.e-mail me back email@example.com and let me know how it goes.

Second of all, exercise an hour a day. You will see results in about 2 weeks if you stick to this program.
