Much thanks to Rachel and Rebecca! I'm saving your tips and going to use them! I REALLY appreciate that and how quick you were. To Alissa, well I'm 5'00 and most of my friends are about five or six inches taller than me, but it really makes a difference. I think I'm going to run every other day and tone my abs with the plank excersize. As you asked, I'll keep you posted. By the way, tonight I had to go to dinner for my brothers birthday and I had a healthy vegetable wrap and it was REALLY yummy. So thanks to everyone and if you have any more tips well, feel free because I'm open to anything, and I'm sure other people might want to know a little something too!

if u have any cravings for like fatening things, just chew gum and/or go out side and walk around. you can do it with your friends or alone. try to keep your mind off fat food and eat healthy for snacks. keep mainly healthy food in your house instead of fattening food. good luck!
