Hi! My name is Casey. I feel really fat. I'm 5' 6" and I weigh 125. Even if I work out a lot, I dont lose any weight. Please help. My worst are my stomach and thighs.

At 5'6 125 is a great weight! I'm 5'6 and a lot more than 125. I would do anything to be your weight. Be happy for who you are. Plus If you're working out, you must have a lot of muscle which weighs more than fat so stop complaining! I'm sure you look great

muscle weighs more than fat so if u work out u are not going to lose weight ur going to gain. this does not mean to stop working out though....fat is unhealthy and should be replaced with muscle...be happy with ur weight as long as u are not flabby.

i think u have a body image disorder. 125, for your height, is superskinny, you need to get help-seriously-if you think u are fat.

I would consider you skinny, but if you want to look better, try exercises to tone your muscles in your problem areas. Try lunges and kicks for your thighs, crunches and leg lifts for abs, and weight lifting for for upper body work outs. You will probably gain a little weight doing this (because muscle weighs more than fat) but you will be skinnier.
