Hey,I'm really desperate about losing weight and starting today I'm not eating anything till April 3rd.Okay I KNOW it's totally unhealthy and blah blah blah and I KNOW the weight isn't gonna stay off.But I was just wondering if I keep this up 'til April 3rd and I do Taebo for an hour and go for like a 10-20 minute walk and drink 8 glasses of water or more,how much could I lose by then? (I know its not gonna stay off for more then like a few days but please no negative comments cos i know its not good for me.)

Apart from the not eating thing, the rest of the diet will help you loose weight and keep it off!! Just make sure that you are drinking alot of water and not eating to much sugar and it will comw off with no problem.....exercise helps to...oh an so does eating slowly you want to make sure that you do not to anything else why you eat!!!

to loose weight continuosly for a long time you should play football everyday and lift some weights

Bad idea, but id guess you'd lose about 50, maybe 60 lbs.

No No No... Not healthy at all. That is exactly like being anorexic. I know this is a negitive comment but it is pretty hard to give a positive reaction to what you just said. You said it your self, you know its not healthy so don't do it. Your gonna be hungry!

PLEASE EAT SOMETHING!!! I don't care if it's only 1400 cals a day. why would you do this if the weight is only gonna stay off for like 3 days? it wouldn't be even worth it. i could possibly understand if it kept the weight off for good but it won't so it's not worth it! just get on a calorie plan exercise and you should do just fine!

ok! listen up! i have a anorexic friend who survives on soup made of pepper and sauce and 4 fishballs a day. very soon she got really weak and had to start eating up. so she started eating normally, like 2 meals a day( with reallly little portions) and now her butt sticks out and she has gotten a really obvious tummy. thats because her metabollism has already been damaged. and now, i hope you all hear this and DUN DO IT!

Okay hun...let me tell what will happen if you don't eat until April 3rd. If you think not eating for a whole week will just make those pounds disapear, you couldn't be more wrong. If you plan to do Tae Bo, you're going to pass out, seriously, it's happened to me. I tried to starve myself, I was so weak I fell unconscience. My body needed food. Eating speeds up your metabolism and if you're body doesn't get food its going to be confused and you'll see no results. Try eating less, so you'll have energy to add to your metabolism but don't cut out food entirely, you'll end up with the same amount of weight.
