hey guys- i'm 5'3 and weigh 130 lbs. i really want to lose weight and i have started skipping meals. has anyone got any weight loss tips?

dont skip meals, just cut em back, dont eat 700 calorie meals, eat like 400-500 calorie meals but three a day, you'll be skiny twig person in no time

You should exercise for at least half an hour 3 days a week. you should have a calorie plan. Some people eat 1,800 or 1,600 or whatever is best for them. make sure you eat fruit and veggies and such.i also advice you too look of for too many carbs.
