No one ever replies to my messages. I am 5'0 and 110 lbs. All of you who think this is small just dont know. Please someone help me to lose like 15lbs. SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND!!!!! LIKE THIS YEAR!!!!! (i dont really mean to be impatient) BUT I'M DESPRATE!!!!!!!

Hey look I am the same way, it is not fun..just eat heahty and make sure that you eat lots of fruits and veggies. Don't do anything why you eat and you should be fine. Eating 5 small meals a day is really healhty to. Just make sure that they are like 300 calories per meal. And do exercise...like running, tennis join a swim team, take a jazz class it even helps to do sit ups while you are watching TV...GOOD LUCK!!

ok, first of all i say you are around a normal weight but it your decsion to lose it. Ok, first off you need to keep a calorie diary, something you can keep track of your calories. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EAT BELOW 1000 CALORIES!!! Anyway lol you not only need to keep track of your calories you need to excersise at lease a little. 3500=1 pound of fat. If you eat right and say excersise about 300 calories off and stick with it for a while you will see the pounds melt off like a popcicle in the summer ;) Hope i Helped
