DONT EAT CEREAL! THATS HOW GAINED WEIGHT MAYBE ONCE IN A WHILE BUT JUST DONT EAT BAGELS, FRIED EGGS, OR ANYTHING HIGH IN CARBOHYDERATES YOU CAN EAT EGGS SCRAMBLED WITHOUT OIL OR CHEESE EAT WITH EITHER HAM OR STEAK OR SOMTHIN OR HARD BOILED MAX 3-4.

Depends on how much you have of them to eat. Make sure to excercise so that way you can burn off some of the sugars and carbs and calories in the food that you ate.
