Hey everybody (crying) i m sooo fat!!!! i weigh more than my mom. im ashamed to admit my weight to anyone. my doctor told me to go on a diet. ok. i guess i should tell you about me. im 4'7 and i weigh 297lbs!! im a hippo! at least that'sm what my dad says aboput me. my heaviest relative is my uncle Joey and he only weighs 223! im a cow! my science teacher got mad and said i belong in a fat farm! i love clothes from lazensa girl but even the xxx l doesn't fit me!!! i wear a medium in the maternity section of wal-mart!

look whatever you do do not try diet pills because they do not work. This is what you have to do..ok. Write down what you eat and how you felt in a journal. after a week look back and see why you ate some people eat out of lonliness I eat out of stress. then the next time you know that you are full but feel like eating do something lik pushups or crunches instead. the more youu work out the more pounds melt. A great thing to do is running. It is really fun and it burns fat like you won't believe.

You're only 13 and your dad is saying this stuff about you and your teacher! I know everyone is probably telling you this but just be careful of what you eat. If you want start off with light exercises. Go see you doc and tell them to give you a diet if you want i can give you a diet that a doctor gave my mom. You'll lose 52 pounds in 2 and a half months. hey hey! dun freak. we are all here to help one another, we will help you lose weight, but it mostly matters on yourself. firstly, NO MORE junk food. If u want, really little, or refer to my Redeem Diet on this site. 2) Exercise. 3) more fruits and veggies n water. I wish you good luck.
