i'm not overweight but i probaly will soon. I love to eat but i don't like to exersise. I don't know what to do! HELP!

if you eat junk, then cut dinner. eat simple. or maybe just grab an apple. to make up for what we ate. you know what i mean? thats what i do

if you like to eat a lot then eat a lot of fruits and veggies. if you must have something junky foody type only have one a day. exercising is not that bad. you don't have to exercise everyday but i do. try exercises 3 times a day for half an hour. if half an hour it too long for you break it up. do 15 min in the morning and then 15 more in the evening. or you can break it up more by 15 min a day 6 days a week. whatever works best for you.

Hi Kat, my name is kate and I know what it feels like.
I am 5'1 and weigh 115lb. I do not like exersizing either but I still eat healthy. I loose weight very slowly, but I am still trying. Just do little excersizes but eat healthy. YOU CAN DO IT!!
