I am 5,2 and I weigh 150 lbs. This winter I have gained 20
lbs. I look so terrrible. Before winter break I was 120. I went away and all i did was eat. I gained 10 pounds. after i got back i gained even more weight and now it is out of conrol. My pants don't fit well and i need to lose like 10 pounds or more fast. Now with spring break I feel that i might get up to 155 or even 160! so help me write back.

what do you eat on your diet, please? it sounds great! 3 pounds already, i really love eating healthy food but even healthy food has bad ones, like avocado and whatever.

hey same thing happened to me wen i went italy, i suggest u cut bak on the carbs cuz thats wut rlly makes u gain weight unless ur gonna excersize right after eating carbs... so u can cut bak on that, i also suggest running or taking a sport in school, its really fun and running for me, is like getting away from all of my problems. I run a mile a night on my treadmill and if u dont have a treadmill u can run elsewhere, like around your block or something. i also suggest good foods like vegetables and lettuce is very *very* good for you :)... i've been on this new diet that started monday and ive lost 3 pounds from eating healthy foods like fruits and veggies than excersizeing at nite before i go to bed.. excersizing also makes you feel *really* good like the next morning... its great! i also suggest that you should maybe take part in some other activity ( doesnt have to be a sport ) after school, to keep u occupied and keep your mind off of food.
