Remember...even though you want to stop dieting and binge out on cookies dough...(coughMEcough) you are the only one in control of what you do or DO NOT eat. No one can force you to eat fattening food and make you gain weight. This is your body. can you e-mail me some tips that helped you lose weight like what you said to make yourself stay on it. did you ever just binge out? how long did you do this for and what is your height and weight now. i already know how many calories i should have and i only eat 1000 but it's like all the bad foods
