I'm 165 I have not reached my goal weight of 115 yet,but all of your stories have inspirted me too go on and with my goal. I want to be a cheerleader in highschool so I want to lose weight by then, also I don't want to be made fun of in highschool.I heard from my friends older brothers and sisters that the fat kids have it really bad. High School is great. It's also scarry. And whatever weight you are, if you think you'll be a great cheerleader, do it. But there will be A LOT of speculation. And that doesn't go away with the fat you burn. Being skinny doesn't make you popular. And many people are popular because they are mean. Try to focus on being a good student, eating healthy, exercising, having fun, and concentrate on where you will be once you're out of High School.

walking is one of the best exercises you can do. it tones all your body, not like weight training which targets spots, and its really easy to see and feel the results. When i first started walking i could only go a short way, now after three weeks i can go for much longer. you wont actually see the results this fast but when youve just completed your circuit in half the time and dont feel exhausted its a real push to keep going. keep eating healthy, and dont skimp on the water, its really immportant that you drink 9 glasses a day. keep us posted, luv rachel
