I was fit untill winter break! i was 115 and now I am 130. I can't stop eating. I feel so fat and out of shape. Help. send me advice about my weight problem.

Don't worry. Alls you have to do is cut out the bad snacks. If u know how much fat u have than subtract that. You should then get ur muscle mass. U have to calculate that by 14. This is how many calories u burn at rest. I if u decrease 500 ( not eat 500 cal. that u burn) it will burn 500 calories. And 3,500 calories u lose a pound. This is how i lost 8 lbs. by dieting, drinking water, going to the gym, limiting myself to 1,000 calories, no snacks, 20g of fat, and less than 300 carbs. it works great b/c i lost that weight in 2 weeks. well

its a natural fact that people gain weight in the winter months, so you're not alone. our bodies tend to eat more comforting, fattening foods like hot rolls or warm pastries as opposed to in summer we wood reach for a cold piece of fresh fruit. also in winter you might not feel like exercising, but its important that you do. a brisk walk in the moring feels great, just bring your walkman for something to listen to. walking in the morning will help you feel great all day, hope i could help, email me (sexyprincess_27@hotmail.com) if you ever want to talk, ive got heaps of advice, and ive read practically every health book there is, includidng owning heaps

how tall are u? u may not even be over weight, just "bigger". but if you r sure you are then try to fill your house with alot of fruit and veggies and healthy food. try not to have any sweets. that way u eat what is in your house. and excersize some. and chew gum if u have cravings. gum is really great....too bad i can't have any wit my braces.:( oh well good luck!
