sum1 plzz help me!! i hav cum to this sit before. up to now, i hav lost 1 stone but i feel so fat. i need to lse 3 stone. plzz im begging u guys to help me!! i am seriously starting to think suicidal. just sum1 giv me dieting advice! by the way, i DO exercise doing 100-150 crunches per day n uther stuff. i am a girl by the way

For the love of God, please don't kill yourself. I don't even know you and I'm worried for you. What if you do acompish your goal to lose weight think on how happy you would be, you can't excperience that if you are dead. Here is one thing you are doing wrong, if you only do sit-ups you are only excercizing yor abs and you to lose weight you need to trigger the whole body. Try to have fun that might keep you mind off of food. That's what I did and I lost lots of weight. Drink tons of water it gets you full without eating. Limit yourself with food and eat sensible. Somehow if you eat the food slow and saver it you get fuller faster. Good luck, Peace out

suicide?? that's the easy way out. you need to fight this. losing weight is not an issue worth killing yourself over. I have a secret. EAT RIGHT AND EXERCISE REGULARLY. If you at least TRY these to things, BOTH AT THE SAME TIME, because just eating right or exercise alone is not as effective- its a no fail plan. you will WILL lose weight if you eat right and exercise. Just remember the food is not controling you-0 you are in complete control of what you put in your body- GOOD LUCK and i truely mean that- lotta love PEACE

PLEASE PLEASE do not consider suicide. That is so bad. How many stone are you? All you have to do is eat right, that means cutting your meals in half, or even fourths will do and exersise regularly. That is good that you are doing 100-150 situps every day! But that should'nt be all you are doing. Go for a bike ride or for a walk even. It takes 3500 calories to burn a pound of fat. And that would be one-fourteenth or a stone. Please PLEASE do not commit suicide because of your weight problem
