is it okay to eat lots of bread? Today ive had 6 slices of bread along w/ four bread rolls, white bread, is this okay?

Try eating whole wheat bread instead of the refined bleached white. The whole wheat bread has lots of fiber and is much healthier. Unused carbohydrates do cause weight gain, but do not cut them out (just try to use in moderation). Look for really healthy bread with no hydrogenated oils and a bit of protien (Some whole wheat bagels have as much as 11grams). Eat and enjoy:)

bread is NOT good for you..its very very fattening...trust me...if u wanna eat some bread..just eat a lil per day...:>

Sorry but eating that much bread is NOT good for you. Bread contains saturated fat that is harder to burn off. If you like breads try rye of wheat, look for low calorie bread. And just cut down on your servings per day

It all depends. 1. have you had any other carbs like pastas and rice and stuff. 2. if you look at the food guide pyramid if does say have 6-11 sevings a day. BUT if you want to lose weight i do not advise you to eat that much carbs. you gain more weight that way.

id try reducing it a bit. Michelle is right-they hav quite a bit of calories but r really filling!

It's okay, but they have a lot of carbs which means a lot of calories, but bread is a great filler and is better to eat than chips, cookies, icecream, and chocolate.
