hey i'm not like the other people who are calling for help because i need to gain weight i am 13 4'10 and 80 pounds can other people that need to lose give me some tps...here is what i don't eat and drink alot...pop,cookies,cakes,donuts...but i do eat alot of chips so my suggestion is not to eat the really fattening stuff alot but to eat the stuff that are not that high in calories

hunny u'r too lucky just give it time and don't pig on the wroung foods ask u'r doctor for help gaining. you'll be fine and i'm sure u'll gain . love ya alwayzzzzzzzzz.

you don't need to gain weight. i don't know where u got that but u don't need to. i checked out a few sites with what they call a weight calculater and u don't need to gain. u r just fine. if u REALLY feel u need to the easiest way of course is to pig out and eat fattening foods. but other wise i would just let u be.

The best way to gain weight is like losing weight, doing it slowly. Add an extra 300 calories to your diet everyday such as eating some chocolate or making a smoothie for a snack. You should gain about a pound a week if you do this.

are you trying to lose weight or gain it?, cuz if you want to gain it, the best way is to eat junk food along w/ healthy food that -is- high in calories, like peanut butter, ice cream, cookies, chips, cheese, all helps to gain weight.
