This is going to sound really stupid, but i'm going to post it anyway. i am 5'8 and weigh about 148. My role model, Angelina Jolie is 5'7 and 120. My question is, would it be smart for me to try and be the same weight? I am currently on diet pills and eat one meal a day. I need some one to look up to, and trust me, my parents are the last ones in this catagory that I can. My mother, a diabetic (sp?) never stays on her diet, and eats anything she wants. My dad, although a diabetic, not as bad a diebetic as my mother, sits around all day and eats anything he wants to. Both complain about weighing to much. Growing up, my mother use to grab my stomach any chance she got or pinched my sides, stating that I needed a diet. When I hit the 7th grade, i became what would be classified as a potential (sp?) for an eating disorder. I had lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks. My mom and dad didnt care. All i mean to say is, is it a good idea for me to go down to 120? I am very much into sports, I play soccer and rugby and weight lift 5 times a week. Any help would be great!

Hey! You should definetley eat more than 1 meal a day if you are taking diet pills! By the way, what pills are they? And you should eat way more just eat healthy, like fill 1/2 ur plate with veggies, 1/4 with meat, and 1/4 with like potatoes, rice or noodles. ok? try this! and for snacks, eat like baby carrots, salad, healthy popcorn, ornages, or apples. ok? EAT MORE! you might get anorexic!

well your not realy over weight... i really wouldn't worry about it. i am not over weight either and this model is 2 inches taller then me and weighs less. she is really pretty and i envy her, i don't plan on loseing so much pounds just to be like her. alot of people do this so it isn't really stupid to ask if u should. but i wouldn't. u have no need to. u excersize alot. maybe u should just eat more healthier foods. but just don't go down to 120, that is her not u.
