Hi well I am 125lbs and I would like to loss about 25lbs befor summer I have tried every thing HELP ME !!!!
I love food and I cant stop eating I eat all the time and I am stell gaining wight I marks all over my body please help me I well try anything ... sweet_cute_02@yahoo.com

Im sorry, but thats sounds so unreasonable. Your 125 lbs? thats a perfect weight, - a perfect wieght-, unless ur unsually short, like a midget, but since i don't think thats the case, its a awesome wieght at a perfect age. Losing that much weight will ravage your body, and don't think just cuz im 16 i don't know anything, believe me, if you lose that much weight, which will bring you to 100 lbs, you'll be checking into a hospital rather than new clothes. I know you might think, "o-that can never happen to me. I wouldn't do that, or take it that far." well thats bull, cuz thats the way it always starts, and then it does get too far. Work on muscles or toning or something, but not losing wieght.

It may not be HEALTHY for you to lose that much weight, since you are 18, I mean. Have you used the weight calculator? How tall are you? Anyway, if you really are overweight, just try to stay busy! If you are sitting around the house and are bored, you will probably resort to eating. Take up a sport, something you would do outdoors. That will make excercising fun. Good Luck!
