I am a female girl and I am 14 years old and I weight 257pounds. and I really need to lose weight. If i dont lose weight by may i have to start taken these pills that will make lose weight but make feel really bad. so if anyone reads this and has an idea on how you could help me solv eny prble please write me I'm open to any ideas. Try exercising. It doesnt' have to be that much, just take a walk for a half an hour a day. Also, try yoga and weight lifting! If you need any help on it go to www.fitnessfind.com. They have tons of links that will help you!!

My sister is 14 too , and she weighs about the same as you do. She recently started drinking only water (no soda or tea ect ect) just water , and it seems to have helped her alot . she also stopped eating meals after 6:00 ... that may have helped her too so far she has lost 8 pds.
