hi everyone my name is john. I wieght 230 pounds i have lost 30 during football season,and it looks like i have gained 20 pounds back. So yesterday i was out and looking at girls wit guys.they both always skinny none were fat. So i was jsut talking to my self and said I better Stop eating.Soo I am starting tomorrow morning doing 200 situps,and 50 pushups,then i will start to lift wieghts in my room.But this is very hard to do at my age because all my friends go out eat taco bell,mcdalonds then to the movies and have popcorn and a soda but there all skinny, some times when there are girls around they tell go get us a drink,s0oo there go talk to the girls.I am very happy if i do this and loose about 50 pounds itlll help me alot. i just Want have God on my side to help me out thanks for reading this.

Hi I just wanted to say that I don't think using weight is necessarily bad... over using them might be. I think the best way to get the most out of excercise is not to over do it , I use small hand weights and dont try to strain my body . using them for about 30 min a day might be good... and lots of water!! Hey my name is Laurie im 13 5"8 and i weigh 140 or 145 for here that is normal weight but im not happy with the way i look. if u want help ill b glad to help you... unlike other people tho i suggest usin weight n stuff they will give u muscle and a guy with muscle is always more attractice than a guy with nothing ;) okay well email me if u want cheer_n_dance4life@hotmail.com

hi, im not overweight, but there are some girls who don't prefer skinny guys. Their have been plenty of guys i have liked, and others were like "why do you like him, he's fat." and i never even noticed and wouldn't care. Its the person, do it to be healthy and be yourself.

Hi John. I read ur letter n believe me, i have about the same problem! i weigh in at 160-170lbs n feel sooo unattractive. But believe me, eating healthy is one thing but torturing ur body is another. DO NOT USE WEIGHTS!!! They can stunt ur growth n ruin ur joints n etc,etc...
