hey, im 5'5',139 lbs and i feel horrible, ive been going through a lot of stress, and have been feeling depressed lately because of an ex, and a current boyfriend i need to break up w/. So today I totally binged on food, like cereal, and soups, i feel awful. I wuz watching MTV, and i had to stare at super skinny girls walking across stage, i felt even worse. Ive done the whole starving my-self bit, and that led me nowhere cuz the scale never budged, so now im eating regularly again, but, ugghhhh, i just want all my fat to go away. I haven't been to the gym in days, and im worried im gonna gain the weight back. I hate being 139, on the edge, i wanna be 120 lbs, more than anything, so i know that i can eat candy, or a slice of pizza once in awhile and know it won't kill me w/ extra wieght...i just need to get out of this funk im in, and stop eating so much. helpful words would be greatly appreciated.

I have some food sugestions which are: Oat meal(low-fat and ditgestes really slow so u won't be hungry), tea, cottage chease, pop corn with no butter, rice, grapes, yongert(like the low fat kind), bread with one slice of cold cuts. these are some healthy nutritional foods that can make you loose weight or not. I personally think that being about 140pds is not fat or disgusting. Be true to yourslef! Don't do anything stupid to hurt yourself. Go to the mirror everyday and yell out really loud to yourself and say "I'm Beautiful" - trust me it works! I'm 5 7' and I weigh around 115-120 and I'm 13.

Hey, girl its alright i understand you im 5'4 and i weigh around 125 you can do it i got some tips that made me loose some of my ugly fat but im still fat
