Im a 16 year old girl and i weight 190 pounds. Like every year my new years resolution is to loose weight. I try so much but nothing happens. My friends support me even though they say that i don't look like i need one but i know that i am not happy with how i look and what i weight. I can loose weight if i just can find a way to stop my cravings. If anyone knows and idea of how i can fight my food cravings please respond to this letter and emial me at HolaLibra@juno.com

Maybe you could say to yourself: everytime i want to eat something, but only do this if its a special occasion food (lollies, chips, pop, that fattening sort of stuf), i have to do 30 mins of exercise first, because after you exercise you dont feel like eating. Or maybe you could say you have to tidy your room and vacuum, anything will work as long as you dont like doing it. While youre doing this activity drink two glasses of water. i tried but its hard to find that much water appealing so put lemon juice or lime juice in it to give it a flavour, or try freezing lemon juice ice cubes to put in the water. Try at lease three times a week, to exercise for an hour, becuase approx. the first 30 mins you exercise your body uses the energy that you get from foods,like sugars, carbohydrates, etc. after the initial half an hour you body starts using your fat sources to provide energy. 30 mins when ever you can is great it can totally help, but doing the hour a few times a week is a big boost. I just remembered something i tried. If you have a fav tv show, say to yourself, i can only watch it if i exercise the days before it, that works well if you love tv like me, hope i could help
