I just wanted to remind you guys that if your parents can spare the money, you have the option of seeing a dietician or a nutritionist. They can help you make a healthy eating plan and get you started in the right direction. I want to be a dietician because of the positive expirience i have had with working with and helping people, including myself, becoming healthier. I want you guys to know that you have to be hopeful, or else you have nothing to live for. Losing weight is a major investment in your body, and from personally expirience, very worth while. If anyone would like to know how i lost my 25 lbs, please reply to this and i will help you the best i can. Good luck!

ok you guys, this is what i did to lose weight. First i counted calories. I allowed myself a certain number a day averaging out to between 1400 and 1800. Next, i excercised. I didn't start doing this until my 2nd month, but i wished i would have started sooner. Start a sport, even if i doesn't have a team. The best one for me was playing basketball or shooting hoops for 45 minutes a day. But i live in Michigan and it snows from November to March, so i needed something else too. I really disliked running, but that really was the only thing i could do inside, so i took to running in place for 5-15 minutes a day. I will almost garentee that you will lose 2 pounds in a week if you eat 1600 calories a day and run 12 minutes a day without walking. Same goes for eating 1600 calories a day and walking for a half an hour. I don't have a treadmill, so i have to run in place, but it's a great tool if you do. Another thing you can do is jump rope, or even just jumping up and down for a couple minutes it you don't have a jump rope. Also try weight lifting. You can use soup cans if you don't have weights. The best sight i recomend besides this one is www.fitnessfind.com it has the best links to anything. I wish you luck. If you have anymore questions, please post them.
