hi all year i have gotten no excersise and i have eaten rotton all year(pepsis pizzas dounutscakes etc...).i stepped on the scale this morning and i weighed 321, i broke the scale because the weight capacity is 290 oh and i am 4'9

hey i am so sorry i feel so bad maybe u could make a list of all the foods u eat and don't eat fried foods! cut back on suger! insted of suger u should try a salad! exersize and keep track of all the calories! if u want to hear more just e-mail me: perfect_prinecess@hotmail.com

i think that the best thing that u can do is talk to your doctor cuz he/she will give u the best advice that u can find, or they can reccomend u to a nutritionist or somehting...all the best of luck to you!

I guess, Todd, the best advice that I can give you is to start working on it now. You're only 13, so it will be easier, however, I am not guaranteeing anything. I think that you should definitely cut back on what you eat, work out more (but start off slowly for your safety), and drink lots of water. You may want to ask your doctor what would be the safest way around this. All I can say is the best of luck to you, and I hope it all works out for you. :)
