Hi! I'm 4'11 and weigh 120. I used to weigh 130, but i dropped 10 pounds by just drinking plenty of water, and only eating half of what I usualy eat. I exercise occasionally, but not much. The only problem is that I can't lose any more weight. I've been between 120 and 125 for months, and I can't seem to drop it! Help me!!! I dropped the 10 pounds pretty fast, but I just can't lose the rest.
Reply from Misty, Age 14 - 01/05/02 - IP#: 64.12.103.xxx Okay well make sure you drink WATER and only WATER EVERYDAY! When you get hungry drink water and that will take away some of the hungier. Don't eat the fast foods like McDonald's. Eat healthy food.....exercise everyday i know a 60 second drill that will help... For 60 sec. run in place, then the next 60 sec, sit ups, next 60 sec push ups and keep doing that for a little while you may think it is n't going to help you but believe me it will. Reply from me, Age 16 - 01/03/02 - IP#: 66.69.70.xxx i think alot has to do w/ puberty, i wuz like u at age thirteen, i dropped 10-20 lbs easily and didn't do much , thats because i wuz still growing. Its gonna be a bit harder, but u can lose the rest by excercising everyday, and eating healthy. Im 5'5'and a about 138. My goal is to weigh 120, and be a size three. anywayz, laterz
