Hi guyz, my name is Vinessa! I am twelve years old and weigh 135lbs and i am 5''2. Thi swebsite says im overweight but i dont really think i am! I am going on a diet by cutting down portions, but ppl say excercise makes u fatter! Its getting really hard for me to cut down my portions cuz our family eats out alot and i love eating at resteraunts and there are so many good things that i cant help it! I AM REALLY TRYING!!!!!!! but i also need sum advice, what should i do? thankx!

well first of all exercises don't make you gain weight and here is some advice: Okay well make sure you drink WATER and only WATER EVERYDAY! When you get hungry drink water and that will take away some of the hungier. Don't eat the fast foods like McDonald's. Eat healthy food.....exercise everyday i know a 60 second drill that will help... For 60 sec. run in place, then the next 60 sec, sit ups, next 60 sec push ups and keep doing that for a little while you may think it is n't going to help you but believe me it will. you are not overweight,you are skinny.the average weight for are age is 140,so you are fine.dont worry eat anything you want.
