Hey, im 5'5' and wiegh 140 lbs. Ive been drinking alot of water, and eating only breakfast and lunch. Is this unhealthy? Im mean, it can't be that bad or anything. I don't need all three meals cuz im not that hungry any more with all the water that curbs my cravings. If i keep going will i lose the 20lbs i wanna lose soon?

You can eat breakfast and dinner but it won't hurt you to skip lunch. Just eat in the mornings and evenings and drink plenty of water and you'll lose it kinda quick.

ya that is pretty un healthy. u should eat ALL 3 meals a day. the water was just to help u with snacks and pigging out too much. go back to 3 meals a day and only drink water for the snacks. that would be much healthier and it will help u lose weight.
