Hi everyone. I was just wondering if you guys think that if I drink a lot of liquids and eat once or twice a day, will I lose weight? How much weight do you think I'll lose in a month? I'm 5'5 and 210 lbs. Also, has anyone tried Greer Childers "Bodyflex" program?

I am 15 and 5:8 at 220 punds, I don't look overweight because I cover it up with the clothes I wear, but I was lookinf for ANY KIND OF ADVICE to help me become my normal weight, I run at school, and active in sports, but it just won't go away, I think it is hereditary, I only eat twice a day, never breakfast but lunch and dinner,shouldn't that help??? ANYONE OUT THERE, I feel your pain, high school is HARD when you are overweight!!!!

u should eat all 3 meals aday. u don't have to have snacks in between, but atleast have all 3 meals aday. other wise it is just plain un healthy. and if u do it more and more u could die. so just eat all 3 meals aday and u can drink alot of water instead of a snack.
