Hey I need some major help. I'm 5'6" and 175 lbs. I have a 33 inch waist. I have a 39 inch gut and can pinch 9 inches of fat off. Does anyone have tips on how I can get rid of my huge stomach? Any tips would be appreciated. Also, what should my waist and gut be? And how many slices of pizza should you eat?

first, i don't think u should be eating pizza at all. i mean if it is the only thing u MUST eat, like not having a choice or it was your mom's idea to order pizza, then i guess ONE slice wouldn't hurt too much, but remember they add fat. i think exercsing and walking will help and eat fruits and veggies instead of other stuff

hey, if you check out the food bar of this website it help u eat better, part of what i did was to stop eating pizza compeletly,god it was hard, but u have to run 8 miles just to work it off without it turning into fat, if you eat -healthy- and excercise at least 30 min a day, you'll lose a lot of wieght, if its about ur stomach, do some crunches. I take Tae-Bo w/ billy blanks and its awesome, tone up fast let me tell u. Anywayz, hoped i could help.
