ana, u r right, u need to exersize and eat healthier along with some gum chewing. i just suggested gum because it helps u with cravings for food. but u r right, people should exersize and eat right too.

sometimes, your bodies store fat other places. like for me, my waist is small and i have like the hourglass curves.( i am not boasting!!) but all my fats are stored in my thighs and butt. so i have a huge butt and flabby thighs.

I know chewing gum can't solve all my problems, but we all have different ways of trying to lose wieght. You've probably heard this a thousand times, but u gotta excercise and eat right, excercise for at least 30 min a day, walking, arobics, whatever -u- want to do, the eating right part-will make an Incredible difference, ive lost like 5 pounds so far w/ eating right and occasional excercise. Whats been hard for me is the eating right, not the excercise. I quit sodas completely. I read in an article if you do that you'll definetly lose 25lbs within a year. I started drinking just water, juice and milk, and no junk food. No fried or fast foods, no candies (chocolate-thats been the hardest), cut down on the meats and not snacking in between meals, thats what gets u, i know sometimes when im full i just want to keeping eating but i stop and drink water to curb my appetite instead. hoped i could help.

what is your hight? hight is more important for weight then age. and ALL scales r like a little off. my scale says 118 and my schools says 128! weird huh? i just chew gum if u think u need to lose weight
