Hi! I was wondering what are the best exercises to do in the morning! I'm going to start exercising in the morning now instead @ night. (Well sometimes I might do both!) So if you have any ideas reply! Thanks so much!

Walking is great. but boring. sometimes i go into my room lay up my mattress and punch it jump up and down. trust me it helps (at least it did for me) i lost 4 punds in a week! but don't try to loose more than 4 lbs a week cause when you get skinny you might gain all that weight that you lost. GOOD LUCK!
