Hey those other girls are right, you shouldn't rely on diet pills to loose, it just takes practice and determination, and if you mess up dont give up! thats what i always do when i am dieting, i feel bad if i binge on junkfood or something so i give up the diet, but thats the worste thing to do, its the hard times like that when you have to be the strongest. Exersize is very important, when you exersize you wont be thinkign about food, its hard at first but like anything the more you do it the easyer it gets. I have heard of some safe "diet pills" but there not really diet pills, i heard that they are pills containing apple cider vinegar to decrease hungar. apparently just having two tablespoons before a meal or somethign decreases your appetite but the pills contain the right dossage or whatver. it could be just a myth since i heard it from a friend but, i know that whatever she had was completely natural and there was no chemacles. Anyway just dont give up, good luck girl!

Hey Chris-
Listen girl, I feel your pain. I am a junior in high school and I have about 100lbs to lose here. People like that are just insecure. I garuntee anyone (well most people) that heard the comment thought he/she was the loser, not you. I know exactly how you feel. I have been there. If you really want to lose weight, the only way to do it is through diet and exercise. If you take pills of any kind, besides causing serious damage to your health, you will not develop the good habits it will take to keep the weight off, and as soon as you stop taking the pills (which you may not be able to do because you may get addicted) you will balloon back up. You must change your lifestyle. It is the only way to go. I am going through it myself, and I have already lost 20 lbs. It is hard in the begining but once you begin to change the way you think about food and exercise, it gets easier. If you want to talk sometime, I am here for you 24/7 chica. Just drop me a line at Newsiechic85@hotmail.com And once you start eating and exercising the way you should, and the weight still isn't coming off, see a doctor. They can tell you if there is something else causing the weight, or if you just need some help, they can perscribe you medication that is right for you and won't hurt you. Trust me on this one chica. Diet pills of the open market are not the way to go.

Hey girl, don't listen to hood rats like that who don't know what their talking about when the call u that. Their losers who dont have lives except to tease other people. Diet pills are the WORST thing you could POSSIBLY do! I don't know how to stress that enough. Diet pills just make you lose water wieght, which is very dangerous because your body needs that water. It just leaves the fat and muscle. Using those pills will start to make your muscles wear away and cause your bones to weaken, and your still left with the fat. Your still young and with that you can seriously stunt your growth and your breast development. The only weigh to lose weight permanently is to excericise 30 min a day and eat ealthy, no junk food. It will pay off but it has to come from inside and love yourself.
