Hi! I am 5'4 and weigh 130lbs.I know that doesn't sound fat but I want my stomache flat but I don't know, I hate excercsing and I eat to much.Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do. Please give me some advise! thanx!

If you want your stomach to me flat, crunches help. When you wake up in the mourning, do 10, do 10 the rest of the week then move to 12. Each week, skip by 2's

walk after u eat and don't eat untill you are completley full eat untill u are satisfied

Hi im lauren and i just want to say to jessica who's 13 you dont sound fat and probably dont look it but i hate how everyone says to me your not fat and stuff but i know how you feel ive tryedd sit ups,eating healthy and everything else and nothing has worked so if you have any ideas for me that would be cool same goes to anyone else.

hey i also weight 130 and i also want to lose some weight i sugest doing losts of exersizes and drinking water in stead of soda and stuff like that and no fast food. i use to weight 140 and its working for me.

Everyone hates excercising, but its something your gonna have to do in order to lose wieght, also eating healthy. Don't fall for those "lose wieght quick" schemes, because i guarentee everyone of them is a lie.
All they do is make you lose water wieght which is
-extremely- unhealthy, and your muscles could start to
wear away. Excercising and healthy eatings the way to go.

Hi! Jessica you sound very familiar um... what you can do is cut everything you eat in half and drink 8-10 glasses of water each day and excercise in some way each day and you'll be thinner in no time just be confident in yourself!
