Help!!!!! I am very overweight. I weigh 203 pounds and i need to loose a bunch of it before gym class next semester. I have tryed to cut back on alot of the things I have been eating, but its not working. I even am exercizing, but that is not working eigther. i ate less than 1000 calories a day and drank atleast 8 glasses of water a day and did sit ups and kept jogging i lost 35 pounds in 1 1/2 months. people say thats un healthy but i'm a varsity cheerleader and its all good

hey Karen well i dunno if u read my message but i mean dont worry if u might b overweight , if u really want to loose weight go to la weight loss it really works and i wuz goin through da same thing as u . Ifu want to answer to me bak , wellif u want to do da La thing just tell me and i well tell u allda info bout it and trust me it works n i will feel better n c results . Thanks for your message. I really appreciate it alot and I get your point about the free "A" I hope to loose a lot of weight not only so I will look better, but so I can actually run 10 feet without being out of breath.So are you loosing any weight yet? My home-ec teacher told us that if you don't eat after 6 o'clock and to not drink carbonated drinks that we will loose weight. I am trying that, But i haven't been on it long enough to see results.

Look, just keep doing what your doing. IF it doesn't work them try eating alittle less and excersizing a bit more. But don't dread gym class. I have gym now and at first i was hating it just like you but now people are asking me have I lost weight. So don't think of it as hell. Think of it as getting a free "A" (because this can be your daily excersizes which you would have done anyway.)
