hi i am5'3 medium frame but i weigh 172 and my mom says i need to weigh like 120 and i want o get to 115 so i have to lose like 60 lbs. but the problem is i cant seem to stay oway form food or pop i men i dont care if i dont see it but if i go into the kitchen for some water i come out with a bag of chips and a can of soda. if you have any tips for me and how i can stay way form food please help i also cant get motivated to play sports or exercise. oh yeah and i cant pack lunch so how would i eat healthy at school without any one knowing i was on a diet??? this is urgent because i have low self ateem and im in major depression so pleeeeeeeeeeaaaaase help me get motivated to lose 60lbs and to get motivated to exercise before i die of heart failure. oh yeah my e-mail is hail2theqween@aol.com please wright to me

you are not alone i am 5 2 157 pounds and i almost went to suiside but i dident so just keep trying and never give up like i almost did.
PS have you ever had a boyfriend cuz i never had

I'm about your height and weight. i haven't lost any weigh yet but, i'm not really motivated to do it. but my advise (i'm giving it because I know it would work if i tried it) is start with small goals. don't just be like i have to lose 60 lbs in two months or something crazy like that. and besides, no matter what the stupid little weight percentile thing says, it isn't accurate for everyone. there are alot of differences in the way people are built and such. so i'm only shooting for 140. if i ever start dieting. but right now i'm happy with myself, so it's not that big of a deal

my problems alot like yours. What I do is drink diet soda. It hardly has any calories so you can drink as much of it as you like. At school I usually go for fairly healthy options like jacket potatoes or something. People dont realise Im on a diet. I dont like salads so I dont eat those, and if I do get something fattening with my friends, I usually dont eat breakfast and only have an apple and go for a walk to make up for it.
