Hi I'm Adam I'm 12 4'11" and I weigh 220 pounds. I really just want some people to talk to, I sometimes really hate being fat then other times I don't care. I do eat WAAAY too much because I do love to eat. I wish I was thin but I never want to diet or excercise, especally I hate to excercise. I don't have too many friends because I'm too fat for sports and stuf like that so no-one wants to be with me so I really would like someone to talk to and help me lose weight. Hey try these thing, dont watch to much tv exspecially when you are eating, this is because you dont know you are full because the tv is taking to much of your brains attention. and also dont watch too much tv in general because it can make you bored and it is easy to eat when you are bored. next when you think you are hungry you are most likely just thristy, so drink a glass or bottle of cold water. when you eat dont do anything but eat dont read, watch tv, listen to the radio, etc. if you go to eat between meals grab a piece of fruit or a vegtable, it you catch yourself with a food high in fat eat it while watching yourself in the mirror, trust me it will help

If you keep eating junk food your artireies will get clogged up and you could DIE so get off yer butt!

Hey Adam,
If I were you, I wouldn't worry too much. You probably haven't hit your main growth spurt yet. Most boys don't really grow until they get into high school, usually between the 9th and 10th grades, especially if your parents are taller than you. Also, when you want to snack, you should try to snack on low fat foods and things like apples and carrots. I think that you should ask your parents to let you do something like join Boy Scouts, go skating, or join a bowling league. Never think that you can't be active because you are fat, because I have been fat my entire life and I have been playing sports for just as long. Just try to be more active so that you are focusing on things other than food.
PS, tv and the computer are good, but you do that while you are sitting. Try to get some kind of activity going that gets you out of the house and moving around. Oh yeah, call around and see if your hometown has a swim team that you cam join...that might be good.

hey, i know how u feel. i love to eat too. i try to think of something eles like tv or the computer. they keep me busy so i don't have to eat. sometimes i chew gum and that is like haveing food in my mouth all the time but it doesn't add on any fat. i am also a pop drinker and i drink diet pop usaly. it is very nice cuzz u can get full up and not even gain a pound. i have loads more of advice that does work. if u want to hear more just say so!
