Sup. I need your help. I weigh 267 pounds and I am 5'10. When I eat stuff it is mostly cause I want to. Not cause I am hungry. For lunch today I had a sandwhich,2 burgers,2 pepsis, 4 cookies, and aqurter bag of chips. I need help. I can't stop eating. I love to eat junk food. I really need your guys help. I fear that if I don't stop that soon I might gaing more and more weight. Please help.

i eat when im not hungry to, but i discoved a way that helps u not eat as much. first i eat the protine. i try to eat fat free meats. then i wait 3 miniuts and then i start on vegatbles. i wait 3 minuts again and then start on the carbohaydrats. i taught my self not to eat untill i have a really full feeling, just satisfaction. (be carful the carbohydrats is what get u! cu's carbohydrats turns into sugar and sugar turnes into fat!)

hey, that is alot. u r kinda like me. i eat usaly cuzz i want to. like now i had dinner and i could have just have a little garlic bread but instead i ate it all. but what really helps me is walking a little after every meal. like this time of year is nice so i tri to walk alot. u could chew gum too.

Matt, you seriously need to take your self-control in consideration. If you really love eating, you can subsitute them for stuff like, apples or health food. Alternatively, you can chew gum or cut what you eat by half, for example, instead of the whole lot you just typed up there.
