Hey!! I am ready to lose weight but the only problem is that I have no time to workout! Is there any rountine that I could do quickly, but it is still effective? I want to lose maybe ten pounds in one and a half months.

i dont know any routine thats fast!! uhm jogging around the block twice...thats effective you know...thats what im going to do...hmm...if your really desperate then i suggest you try and make time for a work out atleast 3 times a week...email me if u want advice kissy_cowgurl69@hotmail.com :)
