I HAVE A VERY CLOSE FRIEND DEALING WITH THE NON HEALTHLY WEIGHT LOSE IDEA NAD SHE SYAS IT IS VERY HARD. yOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH SO MUCH. sHE WANTED TO BE THIN BUT KNOW SHE HAS TO DEAL WITH DEPRESSION, THE FEELING OF ALWAYS BEING FAT, ITS NOT WORTH IT.
